In addition, for both children and adults, the Railway Museum is always a hit and the perfect activity during rainy days in the Autumn holidays. Are the kids even younger? Then take them on an adventurous journey of discovery at the Nijntje Museum. Utrecht has also recently added a special new concept: Doloris' Maze. Treat yourself to an evening filled with entertainment by visiting one of Utrecht's many theatres and cinemas. Theatre performances can be found at TivoliVredenburg or the Beatrix Theatre with an ever-changing programme and both within walking distance of Mother Goose hotel. Do you like small-scale and unique? Then visit the Slachtstraat Filmtheater, just around the corner, or the Springhaver Filmtheater, a beloved meeting place in Utrecht's cultural life.

For hot drinks with a view, go to Coffee Bakery Kluts, tucked away like a hidden gem behind the iconic Dom Tower. Do you have a nose for good coffee? Then visit the brand new Keen Coffee, just a few steps away from us, and let them take you into their world of beans and brewing. 

By now, have you worked up an appetite? Then take a seat at Café Carel, where you can join them for cheese fondue every Tuesday. Say cheese! Other must-go recommendations are Bar Bet, Luc Utrecht and Café Concours. Bon appétit!
